Co-Chief Executive Officer

Ricardo Hinds

Prior to co-founding Relay, he was the Portfolio Director at SureSwift Capital, a platform of 40+ SaaS businesses, where he directed the entire portfolio and 100+ person team. He first joined SureSwift as a product manager and grew the e-commerce software portfolio organically and through acquisitions before assuming oversight of the entire portfolio.

He started his career as a systems engineer for Bank of America, managing technical migrations for acquisitions. He is based in Atlanta, GA.

Co-Chief Executive Officer

Austin Simon

Austin is a seasoned operator and investor with deep expertise across the software and consumer sectors, spanning company building, private equity, and venture capital. Based in New York, NY, Austin leads Relay operations, business development, and strategic acquisitions. Prior to Relay, he was a venture capital and private equity investor in the software and consumer sectors. He worked on the creation and development of several operating businesses funded by BlackRock, Primary Venture Partners, and RSE Ventures.

Chief Revenue Officer

Tom Kincheloe

Tom leads the Revenue team at Relay. He has helped SaaS companies, from pre-revenue to well over 100 million+ ARR, achieve significant growth by aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. He’s focused on optimizing processes, and building scalable revenue operations infrastructures that support ambitious growth. Discovering and developing talent is his favorite challenge.

Tom earned his SaaS “wings” at Yodle, MainStreet Hub, GoDaddy, and ZenBusiness, among other successful companies. He loves to travel and has lived with his family for extended periods in Indonesia, Mexico, and Portugal. He also likes hitting the local markets and eating great food.

Ricardo Amorim

Ricardo leads all things Engineering at Relay. He has been tinkering on the Internet since the era of dial-up access and has a special interest in anything that's high-performance, elegant and efficient. Before Relay, he was a Principal Engineer at SureSwift Capital. Ricardo loves the outdoors, immersing in new cultures and tasting great food.

His 3-year-old Golden Retriever Zen fully endorses this adventure, and every day reminds him to be super excited about the simple things in life.

Greg Burstein

 Prior to founding SavedBy, Greg began his career at KPMG, where he built a foundation in financial reporting and operational discipline while earning his CPA. While in college, he also bootstrapped and grew Pack Leashes, an early entrepreneurial venture that sparked his passion for building and scaling businesses.

Greg now serves as Co-Founder of SavedBy, where he leads the company’s strategy and growth, helping e-commerce brands reduce shipping losses and improve the post-purchase experience through scalable package protection solutions. He is based in Colorado and enjoys playing tennis, hiking, snowboarding, and spending time with his two Golden Retrievers, Zoe and Chloe.

Will Jones

Will Jones is the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of SavedBy, a SaaS company reinventing how ecommerce brands handle lost, stolen, or damaged packages by turning shipping mishaps into a profit center for merchants. At SavedBy, Will leads revenue strategy, partnerships, and growth initiatives that have helped scale the business significantly and deliver measurable value to top ecommerce brands.

Tom Russell

Tom leads our Engineering teams across Relay, with a focus on people, performance and process.

Over a 20 year career (starting with a Pentium 75 writing perl scripts!) he's been a Tech Lead @ Notonthehighstreet, Head of Architecture @ Smart Pension, a startup CTO, and worked as an engineer on the GOV.UK transition.

Outside of work, Tom splits his time between the outdoors as a Scout leader - always leaving the campground better than he finds it, a philosophy he brings to engineering - and remodelling his "project" of a house. Bricklaying is his next big adventure!

Brooke Hahn

Brooke is a results-driven leader with a proven track record in driving growth and delivering excellence across SaaS product development, marketing, client services, and project management. Most recently, she led operations to bring an Earned Wage Access tool (ZayZoon) to a new market, and previously served as CEO of a portfolio fund business.

With over 15 years of international experience in high-growth software, agencies, and consulting, Brooke has spearheaded major projects for global brands, including LEGO. Brooke brings extensive experience in strategic planning, team leadership, and scaling operations.

Rory Jeffries

A double-exit founder-operator with a decade of experience building and scaling high-growth SaaS businesses. Most recently, as Co-Founder and CEO of Relo, which joined Relay Commerce in 2024.

Today, he is motivated by helping ambitious founders unlock sustainable growth through smarter retention infrastructure, better decision-making, and products that genuinely solve meaningful problems for modern ecommerce brands.

Shannon O’Boyle

Shannon O'Boyle is a full-stack B2B marketing leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling marketing functions across ecommerce and SaaS — most notably at companies that went on to be successfully acquired. Now heading up Marketing the Retention Division at Relay Commerce, she has a repeated track record of stepping into high-growth environments and creating the brand clarity, demand, and momentum that attracts strategic buyers.

From being the first marketing hire to playing an integral role on teams that catalyzed acquisition, Shannon has operated at every stage of a company's growth journey, bringing both the hands-on hustle and the strategic range that defines a true marketing operator.

Head of Partnerships, Retention Division

Harry Willis

Harry leads the Sales and Partnerships side of the Relay Retain Group (Smartrr, Relo and Peel Insights). He is responsible for building both internal and external partnerships to drive new business and growth. Harry has a decade of experience in the SaaS space. Prior to Relay, Harry was an early employee of Blueprint SMS before it was acquired by Klaviyo, and Relo before it joined Relay.

Based between Lisbon, and London, Harry can either be found at the beach surfing, or on the mats doing jiu jitsu which he has practiced for 8 years. He's also a self professed music nerd and always open to sharing music recommendations.

Eric Autry

Eric currently runs partnerships for SavedBy. Prior to joining, he co-founded a giveaway company called Shared Sweeps and spent several years helping fund eCommerce brands with Wayflyer.

Muriel Cirimele

Muriel Cirimele leads People & HR Operations at Relay, overseeing external recruiting and internal employee development programs. With a background in managing employee relations and cultivating a high-performance work environment, she ensures seamless onboarding, benefits administration, and talent development. Before joining Relay, Muriel worked at a global IT consulting firm, where she contributed to global HRIS migration and managed organizational restructures.

Based in the D.C. Metro Area, Muriel is an avid reader who aims to read 80 books per year. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and biking and is always on the lookout for her next favourite coastal area.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Joe Guzik

Joe leads the finance team at Relay Commerce, where he is responsible for steering the company towards growth and prosperity. Joe leverages over a decade of experience leading and refining finance functions at both enterprise and startup SaaS companies. Prior to Relay, Joe held pivotal finance positions at Reify Health, Highspot, Everfi, and SAP Concur.

Based just outside Washington, D.C., Joe is often found snapping photos of his dog, Pabu, babying his collection of mechanical wristwatches, and planning travels with his wife to culinary hotspots around the globe.

SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER

Petra Rijo

As the Senior Operations Manager at Relay, Petra is responsible for ensuring system security and seamless tool access for everyone on the team. Before joining Relay, she was the General Manager at SureSwift, where she managed several SaaS businesses. Petra danced competitively for 10 years, and through that experience, she began traveling the world.

Based in Oeiras, Portugal, she has a 2-year-old black Labrador named Nala. Outside of work, you can often find her at the nearest beach.
